An event space built directly on the waterfront, with a large terrace on the beach. One storey, pure form: Lapacho hardwood outside, textural maple within.

A large terrace runs straight onto the beach, so a gathering can move outside for the ceremony, the asado or the last hour without anybody getting into a car.
