Everyone sleeps
where the party was

A dome on the waterfront for a thousand, three houses within minutes of it, and four kitchens that already cook together. Nobody gets into a car at the end of the night.

One address

One address,
not a logistics plan

Most destination weddings are three suppliers and a coach schedule. Here the venue, the beds, the kitchens and the wine belong to the same house, so the whole thing is arranged by one team and answered in one thread.

Pavilion Vik holds 450 seated or 1,000 standing, opens straight onto the beach, and sits minutes from Bahía, Playa and Estancia. The ceremony can be on the sand, the dinner under the skylights and the last hour back outside, without anyone leaving the property.

Smaller occasions do not need the dome at all. A table for twenty in the walled garden, a bonfire at La Susana, or the whole of Playa Vik taken for a family: the same team, a shorter conversation.

The four formats

Four ways to take the place over

Everything is quoted before it is committed to, and every one of these includes the Journey Designer team from the first message to the last transfer.

WeddingsUp to 450 seated

The whole day, in one place

Ceremony facing the water while the light is still on the dune, dinner under the hundreds of skylights, and the party on the floor and the terrace until sunrise. The three houses take the guests, so the last hour has no ending time.

BuyoutsOne house, exclusive

Take a house entirely

Playa Vik, Bahía Vik or Estancia Vik, closed to everyone else.

Retreats3–7 days

Bring a company, or a practice

Sessions in the dome, movement at The Shack, and the countryside between.

Gatherings12 to 120

Smaller, and often better

A birthday at a long table in the walled garden, a bonfire dinner on the sand at La Susana, a christening in the chapel at Estancia. No dome, no production, one kitchen and one afternoon that runs into the evening.

The room is turned
three times in a day

One space, three completely different rooms, and the terrace open onto the sand for all of them. The turnarounds happen while the guests are elsewhere on the property, which is the whole reason for putting the venue and the beds in the same place.

Where it can happen

Six settings, one property list

The dome is the largest of them and not always the right one. These are the places an occasion actually gets held, from a thousand people down to twelve.

Plan it

Four formats, one direct line

Dates in January and February go a year ahead; March and the shoulder season are far easier and, for a wedding, arguably better.
